Disclaimer to CRJ Dog: I might not get to all of these right away, but I'm just trying to help this dude out, so here goes.
Disclaimer to everyone else: these are limitations that must be memorized for PSA Airlines ONLY. Because the limitations at your airline may, or may not, be the same, don't start jumping on my a$$. Also, this list may not be all-inclusive.
CRJ 200:

Max pressure alt for to/ldg 8,000ft
Max operating alt 41,000ft
Max tailwind for to/ldg 10kts
Max croswind for to/ldg 27kts
(editorial comment: this is a PSA limitation, this 27kts is, according to the factory, DEMONSTRATED, not limiting.)
Max weight in cargo compartment 3,500lbs
ENGINES:
EICAS Limit Markings:
RED...........Maximum and Minimum Limitations
Yellow.......Caution Range
Green........Normal Operating Range

*Engine to engine N2 split at ground idle power should not be greater than 2% N2
Continuous engine must be used during the following:
Takeoff and landing on contaminated runways
Takeoff with a high crosswind component (in excess of 15 kts)
Flight through moderate or heavier intensity turbulence
Flight through moderate or heavier intensity rain
Flight in the vicinity of thunderstorms
Starter Cranking Limits:
Start / Max Time ON / Followed By
1 / 1 minute / 10 Seconds OFF
2 / 1 Minute / 10 Seconds OFF
3 and subsequent / 1 Minute / 5 Minutes OFF
At initiation of thrust lever movement from SHUT OFF to IDLE, ITT must be 120c or less for all ground starts.
Dry-Motoring Cycle:
Start / Max Time ON / Followed By
1 / 90 Seconds / 5 Minutes OFF
2 and Subsequent / 30 seconds / 5 Minutes OFF
FUEL:
Max fuel imbalance:
Takeoff 800lbs
All other phases of flight 800lbs
Max fuel:
Pressure refueling 14,518lbs
Takeoff with a fuel load in excess of 500lbs in the center tank is prohibited, unless each wing tank is above 4,400lbs.
Fuel Crossflow:
Powered crossflow and gravity crossflow must be OFF for takeoff and landing.
APU:
Starter Limits:
BATTERY START
Start / Max Time ON / Followed By
1 / 30 Seconds / 2 Minutes OFF
2 / 30 Seconds / 20 Minutes OFF
3 / 30 seconds / 2 Minutes OFF

APU Max Starting Altitude 30,000ft
APU Max Operating Altitude 37,000ft
Bleed air extraction from the APU is not permitted above 15,000 ft.
If both engines are started using the APU bleed air, the operating engine's thrust must not exceed 70% N2.
With the APU door not closed, or the door position unknown:
the airplane must be limited to 300 KIAS
or
the APU must remain in operation
FLAPS:
Flaps 8 215 KIAS
Flaps 20 215 KIAS
Flaps 30 185 KIAS
Flaps 45 170 KIAS
GEAR:
Extension 220 KIAS
Down and Locked 220 KIAS
(another editorial note: the above are PSA speeds, the real ones are both 250KIAS)
Retraction 200 KIAS
SPEEDS:
Turbulence penetration speed 280 KIAS/.75 MACH,
whichever is lower
Windshield wiper operation 220 KIAS
AUTOMATIC FLIGHT CONTROL SYSTEM:
Use of SPEED MODE (DES of IAS), flight director or autopilot coupled, during approach is not permitted.
Operation with the autopilot engaged is prohibited at altitudes below 600ft AGL, except when performing the following:
* for visual and non-precision approaches, the minimum height for autopilot use is 400ft AGL.
*for precision approaches (PAR/ILS), the minimum height for autopilot use is 200 ft AGL.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS:
To protect the flight compartment CRT displays, the maximum permissble time for ground operations with DC power only is 5 minutes.
FLIGHT CONTROLS - LIFT / DRAG DEVICES:
Enroute use of flaps/slats is prohibited.
Maximum slats and/or flaps extended altitude 15,000ft
To ensure adequate maneuver margins, flight spoilers must not be extended in flight at airspeeds below the recommended approach speed plus 17 KIAS.
THRUST REVERSERS:
During landing, application of reverse thrust above 60% N1 is not permitted at airspeeds below 75 KIAS. Below 60 KIAS, reverse thrust must be reduced to idle (not above 30% N1).
TAXI LIGHTS:
The taxi lights must be switched OFF whenever the airplane is stationary in excess of 10 minutes.
WHEEL BRAKE COOLING LIMITATIONS:
Minimum brake cooling time is 15 minutes, and all BTMS indicators must be green and are not increasing.
