Are there even aviation related games for PS2? Doesn't seem like the right market / medium. PC yes....PS2 doubtful

I agree with FlyChicaga, youll spend hours on that game... another one thats worth mentioning is Ghost Recon, although PC version might be better since you can play online... still a good game however

Vice City.... You will have a lot of fun on that one.

Ace Combat 4 is a lotta fun for PS2, but you definitely have to get Vice City, it'll keep you busy for days, and when you get the "Hunter" the game gets even better

What about SOCOM?

...that game with the network adapter is a serious time killer... a fantastic game.

and I think in one level a pair of planes fly by...

I don't know the name of it but my son has the "fighter jet" one that you can dogfight each other with it. As a ground rule we just use guns, all we need are the G's, its can get pretty intense.
