I looked for this topic in the archives but couldnt find one. It is probably a common question on this board. I am looking at joining the air force reserves. A unit out of Grissom and a unit out of Dayton. I will be taking the AFOQT and the TBAS sometime in August. Aside from that stuff, what other things can I do to make myself stand out to a particular unit? What types of things do they look for specifically and what can I add to my packet to increase my chances of getting called in? Looking for advice and guidance in the beginning stages of this process until I get a good feel for it.

Thanks!
