If you can't find an instructor who you can work with at the FBO, or they are not willing to accomodate you at the times you can fly, find a free-lance instructor. Preferably some old, retired, mean bastard. Chances are, he's forgotten more about aviation than we will ever know. This is what I did. I got my @ss chewed on a regular basis, but I feel that I am a better pilot for it.
