Hello,

I am looking for private aircraft owners who are bored to fly alone or who wishes to have a safety pilot with them when they do fly.
I heard that there was a website that puts in relation aircraft owner with pilot.
Does anybody know about this website, if not those anyone have any idea of how to find those aircrat owners.

Sure does suck to be me....Good thing I have a few thousand hours under my belt and a job flying a jet to keep me going.

Man I wish I could "fly a jet" like you for poverty wages. I am proud of you. Where do I sign up?
 
Poverty wages.. Where do you get that from? Do you know where I work or how much I make?

Unless you have a lead for either a millionaire looking to adopt or someone needed a safety pilot, go back to pulling your pud in the bathroom.
 
While by your profile you are a CRJ FO and that would tell me that you work at a regional. Which in most cases they don't pay worth a crap.

For the curious minds that are always on the prowl.... Why did you go from being a 121 regional captain back down to being a first officer at another regional?. I assume you have well over 1,000 turbine PIC... Why not a step up to a SWA, Airtran, JetBlue, etc? Not taking a jab at you in any way, was just talking to a few other pilots and we couldn't seem to come up with a logical explanation or reason. It would appear that even though you are now at the highest paying regional airline that you are now going to be seat locked for a long time to come not racking up the 121 PIC time that you once were...

That's a good question.

The short answer is that I truly felt that staying at Colgan was a death sentence. I won't go into the many reasons I felt that, but once the final report on the accident comes out it'll be clear. A typical Colgan conversation was on the CVR that illustrates the move airplanes at all costs mentality, not to mention that many mechanical issue we dealt with on a daily basis.

I've sent my stuff out to Airtran, ATA, Southwest, and America West. I've got some friends going through training at Airtran that can give me a recommendation in a few months, but I don't have that now. Yea, I have 1500 hours or so turbine PIC, and maybe that'll help me get a call one of these days.

I was leaving Colgan one way or another. There's a reason over 100 pilots have resigned since my departure in December. Comair just happened to call at the right time and here I am. This is a great company with great pilots. Life isn't all about money and flying something big. It's about safety, QOL, and truly enjoying your job. I have those again.
