Awesome company. Good aircraft. Yes, they are hiring - just got 4 more challengers and one GV. Good work rules, schedules can be tough or easy depending on your aircraft and how busy they are. Pay is industry standard for each aircraft. It's a family run business so there's a lot of good and bad to be had versus a large company with much bureaucracy. Pros: quick upgrade if you can handle it, opportunities for mgmt if you want. Cons: No 401K, no big company benefits, your aircraft may get sold overnight and you might be in training on the next smaller aircraft in the morning. Take it for what it's worth - it's still a very good company that is growing leaps and bounds.
