So offer a competitive price with a direct flight at a good time of day then have an awsome "freq. flyer" program (one which not only do you get rewards but can get flights to anywhere worldwide on the same transaction (ie Star Allience or whatever) ). looking at the numbers : 41+16+12+13=82%. Funny how service falls way down there at 6%.


Then of course you have to find a way to please you employees all while paying them half what they used to make.......
