A few months ago the union put out a memo saying check your PRIA files. As you know, during a PC the check airmen were allowed to retrain an FO at their discretion. The union said that the comments about said retraining had begun to show up in the PRIA files. Unions position was that since the checkride was sucessful overall, no need to put them in the file. Company disagreed. Union says check your file.

So here is the question. If you have interviewed elsewhere, how did you handle this if you had comments? Did you bring it up during the "have you ever failed a checkride" portion? Did you bring it up at all? How did the interviewer receive your explanation.

All comments either here or by PM would be appreciated.
