About 1.5 years ago, i was diagnosed with mild psoaritic arthritis (not taking any drugs). At my last medical I explained it to my AME, he examined me, and explained that wasn't of any severity to impede my ability to operate an aircraft.

I put the condition under the "medical visits" section of the application.

The AME told me that for my next medical, put down something to the effect of "previously reported, no changes", but I can't remember the exact verbage.

Is there a specific (i.e. legal) verbage that the FAA wants for something like this?
