Actually most flying outside the US is in a coat and tie. Only CONUS flying is done in blues.

Now for the next question. When was the last time you saw Bush get out of an H-60 or 53 on the white house lawn. They still use the good old H-3 for that particular mission.

Don't believe everything you read on the internet. The primary helicopter used for presidential transport is still the Sikorsky VH-3.
