Preparing for your CX interview book

Where can I get a copy of this and have it shipped to the USA? The places I find online are European retailers and dont ship to the USA. Thanks!

Last time I was there they had the CX book and that other book everyone wants to get but I can't remember the title.

You might need to call about the CX book.

There are a bunch of the Big Jets books on amazon too, I saw a couple of used ones in TX.

There is a pilot shop at Boeing Field that carries "Handling the Big Jets" and they ship it too but I forgot the name of the pilot shop.
