You mean Cal/UAL
My condolences to the UAL pilots in advance.United will counter within three weeks (of the Delta announcement) by announcing a merger with USAir.

And then say "Oops, nevermind. We didn't mean it" after spending millions of dollars.... just like last time.
What is the profit sharing percentage that you guys are getting?
Anyone else got any contacts or "ins" with Publix or Kroger??

The DOJ would never let Delta and Northwest merge. That would be like Exxon and Mobile merging...oh wait...uh...that would be like Royal Dutch Petrolium and Shell...no...AOL and Time Warner...nevermind.![]()
It may be Friday, but I would find it hard to swallow that DAL would announce on the same day that they are giving out our profit sharing checks. If they do that I would be very surprised.
Oh well when I'm wrong, I'll say I'm wrong and it looks that way on this one. No announcement tomorrow while ALPA is now moving towards a part ownership deal.
One thing is for sure, if DAL and NWA are willing to throw in 5% ownership to get the pilots to play friendly with each other, they are for sure gonna make the merger happen as soon as they can.
