Just heard from a friend of mine that there has been some movement on the Ryan/KittyHawk/Emery/Express One postal service wage lawsuit.
Does any of the above pilots on this forum know anything???
If anyone can pass along some contacts; names, email addresses and phone numbers, it will be most appreciated.
This lawsuit has been in progress almost 10 years now.
