Polar/Fedex/UPS receive additional 5th freedom into HKG

Polar, FedEx and UPS have just received an additional fifth freedom between HKG and ICN each. This brings the total frequencies for each airline to:

Polar: 7 weekly
FedEx: 5 Weekly
UPS: 1 Weekly
