Sorry if this has been covered already (I don't hink it has:)

1) What is training pay at Polar/Atlas (guarantee I hope)?

2) Do they provide a hotel?

3) When does health insurance kick in?

Thanks

1. $1400 month plus perdiem first 60 days. Guarantee after that.

2. Yes

3. 90 days

unless you are on the atlas side, then

1200/mo until through OE or observation ride

per diem for entirety of training

90 days

hotel provided with free breakfast (same for polar)

No, it's the other way, isn't it?

Unless I'm totally confused...

At ATLAS, it's $1200/mo + per diem until the observation flight.

Umm....thats what we said.:D

1200 for Atlas
1400 for Polar

Everything else is the same between the two, at least concerning training. I am not sure if Atlas has the 60 day thing though. Polar is 60 days on training pay or completion of IOE, whichever comes first.

Right, right, right, yeah, yeah....

Crap.

You're right. Sorry. I read it three times before I made my post just to make "sure".

Then after your post I had to read it three more times.

Thanks.

They pay you your perdiem of the first 60 days in one lump sum, after you get off training pay, which comes out to $2652 on top of the normal pay.
