Corporate slug you are correct, my hat off to the guys who had the 4 pallets taken off their airplane. 452PA was indeed flown to Victorville by a contract crew neither employed by PO or Atlas.

Can anybody at confirm if 517MC has "owned and operated by Polar Air Cargo" painted on the side?

517MC has no such markings on it, I flew that plane a couple months ago and it was an Atlas operated aircraft with the appropraite markings. The only aircraft with a MC registration, that has the "Operated By Polar Air Cargo" placard is 508MC. It is in JFK now undergoing maintenance, and I would not be surprised to see when it comes out maintenance, it will have the "Operated By Atlas Air Inc" placard placed on the fuselage, and put back in service with Atlas once again.

Btw, i'd like a link to this "scab" list that is being mentioned that "many" Atlas pilots are part of. I know of 5 out of 800 and that doesnt constitute many.

Thanks B747fr8dawg, supposedly it was seen a few days ago in PVG. As for 508/509/355 it is obvious they should show "operated by Atlas" since they are back on your certificate

Hardly. I think we should have permanent links to the SCAB list, the Freedom List, and the BloJets list on this site. The mods disagree however, and they make the rules. Just trying to prevent someone from getting banned, that's all.

I am truly sorry to hear about the strike. I do feel it is time for change. Pilots have to stick together. Good luck to all the Polar guys and gals. Stay united and get this resolved.
