actually Todd just recently left 9E and went over to the Colgan side of things to become the Director of Flight Standards, so I highly doubt he is in Memphis anymore...they may have a contact number for Colgan if ylu call the Pinnacle Corporate front desk though....

I think he is with us until September. I've always loved it when the company hires people for jobs like "director of flight standards" when they haven't even set foot on an aircraft that the company operates or even flow an airplane in years.
