I was with Little Deuce on this one. I had no idea what pivotal altitude was. I got my commercial helicopter in 1969, commercial airplane in 1976, and CFI-ASE in 1978.

I learned something this week.
 
Hopefully I didn't offend anyone. I didn't want to look like a smarta$$, nor did I want to not answer any questions.

We can all learn a little something here........:cool:
