Who is Pittsburgh Jet Center and why are they continually advertising for qualified captains?

I phone interviewed with them years ago.

Pay was around 55-60k as a Captain...probably the main reason. It's really not as bad as it sounds because it's a pretty cheap place to live.

Another big reason is where it is. Do you want to live in Pittsburgh?

The CP (at the time) seemed like a very nice fellah.
