Does anyone have any experience operating a Meridian on a grass field? Is it even certified to do this? Thanks

Do you really think they certify airplanes to operate on grass fields?

Go for it. Check the POH to see if there are any grass surface performance adjustments for takeoff landing. If there isn't any, a safe bet is to add at least 50% of the runway required for takeoff and landing. And practice some soft field takeoff/landing techniques.
