Trainning, if this isn't pure entertainment flame bait (for your sake I hope it is), then you may just be the biggest tool (outside of Rhiod) on this board.

Heck... you may even be the biggest tool who can fly any jet in the world with only 450 hours! Your CRM must be stellar.

By the way. My Dad can beat up your Dad.

OK... too much flame bait for me.

If you're trying to get guys pissed off at GIA, you need a new approach. Most of the guys and gals here JUST DON'T GIVE A RAT'S A*S!

We just want to do our jobs and go home and as long as my F/O doesn't kill or violate me, I'll buy him or her a beer on the overnight and shake their hand on my way out the door for my commute home, I don't give a rat's where they got their "superior training" from.

But at the first sign of attitude, if I get a chance to bounce them out the door on an eval I'll do it in a heartbeat. This company is hard enough to deal with on a daily basis without an arrogant pri*k in the seat next to you and after the month I had a while back with an irritating newbie who thought he was the Captain my patience with that is just gone, and I'm a pretty laid back guy compared to many of our other Captains.

Haven't given a "Do not retain for employment" check in that box yet, don't make me start now, fool. :) It only takes two bad evals to cost someone their job, doesn't even require a check airman; we had a guy get bounced last November who proved that fact.

Training,

I talked to you earlier, then I wen't and played 18 holes, came back and your still here. Wow, you gotta get a life, if you are into sitting here and flaming this long you gotta get a girlfriend or something. By the way not many girls want to go out with some aviation dork with nothing better to do than sit on a computer all day.

Holy F...did anyone read my post? The last sentence maybe? Where I said "WHEN I HAVE THE TIME..." I am not applying with 500 hours, I plan to in six months, like my original post said, when I have approx 1000 or so hours (deploying to the desert and will log mucho seat time.)

And Training, dude, come talk to me after you have flown your first NVG low level formation air drop. Then we can compare our flightime. 'Nuff said.

Hmmmmm. I don't know, Rhoid really is a tool!

"I'm a Delta Connection Academy Pilot! I work for Delta. We are gonna get Delta jumpseat soon!"

Training,

I hope you do realize that you are giving all Pinnacle pilots a bad name right now. poor guys.

I'll buy a beer for all your captains anytime.

tool.

While you were playing golf, I was getting laid. And who is the DORK that is getting PISSED because somebody took a shot at their ego on a message board. It sounds like your the one who needs a girl, or better yet, get a hooker. You'll have better luck that way.

 Whatever dude. Your just another telephone toughguy.

This thread has been yet another severe waste of my life....

Training, if you are not a flame-baiter....just talk like that in the crewroom so guys like Lear70 can pick you out and give you a good ole' DTW a$$ whoopin'.

WORD.

I'll bid DTW next month, then you can do what you feel, sucka.

Training -

How does it feel not to have a real girlfriend?

Also, stop telling those chicks that you are a airline pilot. It doesn't work for dorks.

Haha, thanks for the good laugh kiddo!

One suggestion.. Anger managment..

You know all that anti-GIA animosity? It's because of schmucks like you who won't shut up about your "good fortune"....

Sorry, dude. Didn't realize that there was "anti-GIAY" or whatever your talking about. Just trying to keep it real about the good fortune. You can buy just about anything these days.

Training....with your sorry flight time and the flight time requirements for Captain at Pinnacle you are never going to upgrade anytime soon....and if you happen to buy your self a PIC position I give it a day before you roll the d@mn airplane and realize that mom and dadas fortune only bought you the job but not the skills. No one is jelaous about your daddy money...its just your attitude. You act as if you're gods gift at the lowest paying regional.... like I said, "positive rate, gear up, 400ft heading mode, 600 feet AUTO-PILOT on" you doosh bag, if pinchnickle fired you today with your flight time and lame experience you would have to either pay for an instructor rating, buy a banner towing sign off, or go back home and suck on your moms T!T and cut the lawn for daddy so you can earn your allowance.

Thank You, Flybet, for making my point for me. You say "positive rate, gear up, 400ft heading mode, 600 feet AUTO-PILOT on". IDIOT! The correct procedure for the CL-65 is "positive rate, gear up, SPEED MODE, 400ft heading mode, 600 feet AUTO-PILOT on". Anyone that knows anything knows that. All your experience is no substitute for my training.

I hope you not from GAA

Just heard from a buddy that works at Pinnacle that a few of the guys from GAA who where in the current training class just got the boot...... Apparently they didn't have enough PIC time. Any truth to that rumor????

At 2000 hours, there is no excuse for not knowing your normal takeoff profile.

Is training for real? Are you on crack dude? I spend my day defending a$$holes like you from BS persecution? You sound like an ERAU grad that just got hired by CHQ. I hope you arent from GAA. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Please, only one PFT puke at a time. Russian, you should stop worrying why CHQ didnt' hire you and move on. You hope he's not from GAA? LOL. Where else could this tool be from?

For your training??? what training? the training you got at GA is the same **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED** thing you get at a regional. You got trained to be an FO and that is all....you are just an FO, and with your attitude you will always be an FO....in order to be a PIC you have to think like a PIC, and need to have PIC experience. All you got a GA is bookwork, and then you were told "this is how you bring the gear up and down, this is how you tune in the frequency, you know how to read? ok read this checklist" You keep talking about your training....how lame are you, anyone can read a book about ICE, and making decisions and then teach it.... but unless you've done it you will never really know. You my friend are just every captains B!TCH. I bet you are one of the doosh bags that failed their CK ride the first time had to take extra sim sessions and passed the second ride b/c pinchnickle is so desperate for FO's. Pinchnickle doesnt hire guys with your flight time b/c you are good. They know you really dont know SH!T and that the day before the interview you just read gouges. They know you dont have any PIC experience, No REAL world experience like making a PIC decision. They hire you b/c they know that at 500 hrs they can put you in the right seat of a new jet, at 1500/mo before taxes, throw a couple of lame flight benefits and promises and keep you there as their low paid whore. Good luck in your career, like I said it before, you're either going to roll the RJ over or run into a mountain and they only thing that's going to go through your head as you're falling out of the sky is "ummmm, what do I do know....ummm what did they say at GA...ummm o wait I was trained to be total doosh bag"

Well I dont use the same profile in the LEAR JET from the LEFT seat as I did in the RJ months ago. Man I would love to see you in the seat of the Lear you be dutch rolling that airplane so quick and maybe then you would pull your head out of your a$$.

I can relate to both civilian professional flight training and military since I have done both. I went through FlightSafety's pilot program back in 1999 and USAF UPT this past year. I fly both civilian and military now. I would take a military trained pilot with 500 hours over most...not every civilian trained pilot with the same flight time. The stress put on a military student flying a jet vs. a 152...172 at best, is no contest. I did not even know what a cloverleaf was until UPT. Try finger-tip formation solo pulling 6 Gs in the 172...obvioulsy the Gs are not possible. Better yet try NVG assaults on to a 3000X50 foot strip. Not bashing civilian training b/c I got all my ratings through it. I can just see the difference in the level and intensity of the military versus civilian. Flying a coupled approach in an RJ in not very tough. What happens when you lose AC power in IMC while shooting an approach. Think you can keep you cool? I hope so. Either way you are in the seat and some are not. Don't bash each side until you have the opportunity to see each side. I can. Anyway enough from me..fight on.

First off, this guy is a flamebait idiot. If he is from GAA then he should shut his mouth before he digs the hole all the way to China. This is the kind of poop I hate just like you all do. I hate the academy additude. And no, I didn't apply to CHQ or interview with them. I ran into a few CHQ F/O's at a bar that gave me a really bad taste in my mouth for your pilot group. They acted in real life like this idiot we are talking to here.

training,

If you are for real, you need to humble up. Nobody likes that kind of stuck-up additude in any work place.

Just heard from a buddy that works at Pinnacle that a few of the guys from GAA who where in the current training class just got the boot...... Apparently they didn't have enough PIC time. Any truth to that rumor????

Not sure. Most of the people I know at PCL are out on the line and don't hear whats going on in the training department. GAA whould usually bring something like that up to the current classes. PCL would want any of the problems fixed prior to interview.

It has nothing to do with PIC time. However, you and me both know that PIC time assists in the proper "rounding" of the pilot experience. Personally I believe that PIC time as a CPT is nowhere near the value as dual-given.

Wow, I simply can't believe this thread.

Maybe I'm lucky that I work with combat pilots (both US and foreign) all day...you know, well-adjusted guys who know their place in life. The dudes I fly with have dropped heat and iron with hate and malice on the enemy, and THEY don't talk like "Mr. Big-Shot Training Douche." Take a clue from the guys that have been there and save the big talk for a day you have gray hair and some actual "there I was" stories. At 500 hours, NO ONE CARES what you think.

Training: You are a mega-tool. Period, dot. Read with me, since you're so "well trained" :

That's right -- take a bow. YOU are the gheyest douche I've ever talked to on a message board. EVER. I hope your parents are proud despite the obvious mistakes they made raising you.

Maybe we can get back to Vandal's request for help, eh? :)

this thread is out of control! look back to the original question, then look to where we've gone. it's amazing that you guys can get from point A to point B with such shocking precision the way we've gone off course here!! :) just kidding, of course. Training, flame on... it's entertaining.
