This guy may be flame, but this type of guy is everywhere. I had a 500 hr wonder in my new hire class at Eagle that had this exact attitude. I don't know everything, and don't claim to, but these guys feel that they are sky kings. I have probably met 10 guys in person with this exact attitude.

As I said before, Flyingdude, Jealousy will get you nowhere. You had to work very hard to get where you are today and that is commendable. My parents have money so I took the shortcut. And thats O.K. too. But dont think for a second that your experience is any substitute for my training.

Jealousy has nothing to do with it, I worked most of those jobs because the pay was much better than the regionals and at the time a better QOL. I do not regret doing those things, I learned alot and made more money than you will see in your first 3 yrs combined at PCL.

Ha ha! Training is sitting in a boat somewhere, with a nightcrawler on a rusty hook, throwing it in the water. And you guys are chomping on it, hook line and sinker!

I don't know who Trainer is, but this has to be the funniest, most successful pile of flamebait I've ever seen!

Your contract is only coming, you have nothing at this point. If you think that any airline is going to start giving you alot of money in these times of economic hardship then you are smoking somthing. And yes I did make much more than you will ever make there. Flying air ambulance I made more than a PCL captain makes.

They are, and there's an easy way to knock them down a rung or two:

"Oh really? Show me, exactly, where in the GOM it says that you have to fly half the legs."

Pinnacle made a load of cash last year. And you obviously have not seen the new Pinnacle contract pay scale, have you? No way you make more than a CAPTAIN lumbering around in a broken down 402 all day.

I flew a 402 flying freight and did not make much money. I then flew a King Air 90 and 200 from the single pilots in air ambulance and mad in the high $60's. Care to comment again on something you don't know. If you are going to flame atleast read the previous posts so you actually know what I said. You can read, right?

Yes, I can read that you are an embittered professional that is so full of contempt for his own people that he can not just be happy for a young man that bought his way into the right seat in less than a year, while he had to endure years of endless challenging work to finally elevate himself to the same level as a PFT graduate!

Last thing, dude if all you have to do is sit on a web board and throw flame bait you need a freaking life man. Take up sport drinking or something, it works fine for me.

Training, relax dude, you guys will get CRJ's. Pinnacles growth will stop.

oops, I guess that would imply your a Mesaba pilot.

You are right Training. I conceed to your knowledge. I would sit right seat for you anytime so you may enlighten me with your vast amounts of knowledge. You will humble me as be my guide into the wild blue yonder. Please my friend. Accept my appologize, and if there is any justice in this world I will be your right hand man someday.

Thank You.

I doubt it, dude. We have a new contract coming.

Dude will you stop with the contract stuff, It's going to take atleast 2 years for that contract to come out....1500/mo now it'll be 1550/mo on the next contract.

Is training for real? Are you on crack dude? I spend my day defending a$$holes like you from BS persecution? You sound like an ERAU grad that just got hired by CHQ. I hope you arent from GAA. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Come On

Training, dude...come on. I've got a couple of friends that did the Gulfstream thing, good guys, very humble....it's guys like you and with your attitude that are giving PFT guys a bad image. I dont have any problem with a guy doing the PFT, seems like that's going to be the future of aviation. I might as well make my peace with it...but when you bragg about having long experience in the beech, you seem like a such a moron. Yeah the training might be tough, but it's not the toughest, secondly seating on the right seat of a beech playing with the gear, radios and reading a checklist cannot compete with flying single pilot through ice and hand flying an ILS to mins or having to make PIC desicions. So stop talking like a spoiled 15 year old and at least wait until you can get some actual PIC experience. Secondly you are sitting in the right seat of an airplane(RJ) where the auto-pilot is engaged at 600 feet with an FMS! it doesnt get any easier than that! Gulfstream might have trained you guys pretty hard, but in the Pinnacle class that I was in, there were 21 pilots, 2 freight dogs, 5 regional guys, 3 corp, and 11 gulfstreamers....1 corp person left, 2 gulf streamers washed out and 8 failed their checkride and had to get extra training. So dont be so stuck up and act as if NASA trained you

I may only have 500 hours, but I have paid for and experienced the best training possible. Thats why we are hired as FO's with 500hrs. I am absolutely confident in my ablilities and I would upgrade to captain at 1500 hrs (the legal minimum time) if i could.
BUWAAAHAAHAAHAAHAAHAA!!!

ROFLMFAO

NO ONE has seen the "new" Pinnacle contract pay scale... because THERE ISN'T ONE.

I'm good friends with two people on the negotiating committee. Pay hasn't even come up yet doofus, they're on disciplinary grievances and stuck there because of all the illegal job actions in the last few years. But if you'd read your "Payday Hotline", you'd know this...

I know it's flamebait, but just for the record, it's the experience that guys like us have had flying at night in the crap weather and crap equipment that make us ABLE TO SURVIVE a 500-hour newbie typical fu*kup. For every 10 perfectly cool, capable, and fun GIA pilots to work with, there's always one complete tool that scares the bejeezus out of you at least once every 3 or 4 months.

One day, if this guy lives that long, he will realise what a complete tool he sounds like. This guy is an accident waiting to happen. Hopefully he will grow up and be safe, but with an attitude like that I would have him washed out of OE so fast his head would spin. It's just a matter of time before someone (or some aircraft) chews his ass.

Believe me, i've had plenty of night and crap weather experience, sir. Just because you have more time "JERKING THE GEAR" than I do, don't think that your experience means that you are a better pilot than me.

Too bad you aren't a check airman or an IOE Captain.

As I said before, FLYbet, JEalousy will get you nowhere in this world. My career was bought and paid for by my parents and there is nothing that you can do about it but try to catch up.

This is not true. After the next contract Pinnacle pilots will be the best paid regional jet pilots in the world. I am confident that we wont drop the ball like other regionals on this one. Pinnacle is a CASH MACHINE.
