Pinnacle Upgrade Question

500 in the crj
I believe the total time drops to 3000 if you have more than 1500 in the crj
 
3500TT, 2000ME, 1500 Turbine. If you have 500 in type, it is reduced to 3000TT, 1500ME, and 1000 Turbine. I also believe that the 500 CRJ has to be at Pinnacle.

We hired off the street captains last year.

Upgrades running around 2 years right now.

2 years? hmmm, I would check on that if I was you. More like 3 to 4 years

Actually, he's right. Upgrades running at just over the 2-year mark right now. I expect that to continue as our attrition is still pretty steady.

OOOOH yeah, I forgot people we still going in and out of that place.
 
There were a couple poopie heads (I couldn't type d o u ch es)... most of the street guys were pretty cool that made it through training.

As for upgrade... 3500 TT, 2500 ME, 1500 Turbine... each reducable by up to 500 hours for each Pinnacle CRJ hour acquired.

Latest upgrades have gone to guys at the 2 year mark (with some 3 year GIA guys that just now got their time in)
 
The street CA's are great to fly with, along with the furloughed NWA and Suncountry guys and gals. All CA's that don't have any time in the equipment are going to increase the total work load and stress level for a little while until they get comfortable.

If the company was staffed like other regionals upgrade would be below 2 years.
