Totally up. New contract is gong to get FO's a $10/hr raise first year. Captains will be at almost $100/hr after 5 years.
Up to 36 CRJ900 around the corner as soon as the contract is voted on. Upgrade less than 1 year and they are lowering the upgrade mins to 1,800hr total time.
New System Chief Pilot starts June 1. It is all good.

Good one. Wow it looks like in just 1 week Pinnacle will be the best regional airline to work for in the industry.

DTWFO is right on the money as for the contract still no contract. Listen one thing you can believe about PCL is that management are all a bunch BS one lie after another until I see any different I will ride it like a cheap date. It is however unfortunate the majority of the pilot group here are good people it just makes me feel like getting out of flying all together.

Sometimes it's hard to keep your chin up when you know what's coming next. The torment that the XJ group has put up with is finally about to hit 9E. It's just the way NWA wants it to be. They did it to Express/Pinnacle a few years back. What goes up must come down. The crj200 will eventually be phased out as it will not be as efficient as the 900 or a 50 seat turbo prop. The only chance of 9e continuing growth is if it's awarded a larger aircraft. That's the reality of this business.
