I have an interview with Pinnacle next week, I'd like to get the low down on the company.
1. how long on resevre?
2. junior base?
3. How many more planes are they going to recieve?
4. Why are they hiring street Captains?
5. Upgrade time?

I'll answer that question with yet, another question...
Why can you work at McDonald's for 2 weeks, and then be promoted to shift manager?

Depends on CA or FO... CA... years regardless of base... FO.. 2 months to 4 months depending on base and when you get to the line. The longer it takes the longer reserve will be...

Junior base, all about the same these days for FO's.. CA's.. DTW is still the most junior, MEM the most senior.

20 more a/c then the music stops.

We have peeps who could upgrade, but they are not. Otherwise we have a ton of peeps that are about 1-2 years from having the time to upgrade.

Get to 3000 with 500 hours in company time OR have 3500 and you can upgrade. It all depends on what TT you have.
