I'm sure that this has been covered..but I can't find it on the search (I think the search doesn't go back that far).

Just got an e-mail to attend an interview and am looking for the stuff I don't want to ask the recruiters.

I will get the gouge on other sites..but that would be appreciated too!

Other questions:

1. Does Pinnacle pay anything during training or provide a hotel?

2. Most Junior Base?

3. Most Senior Base?

4. How long is training?

5. What are the pass privilages during training and after training?

6. Contract type question: Is there CX pay for weather and MX.

7. What is the minimum guarantee?

8. How long is RSV?

9. Min Days Off and Max Days Off. Average Days off?

Thanks.

Do a search for Pinnacle, you should be able to find lots ofinformation. I will try to answer what I can. It has been a longtime since I wasinterviewed but I don’t think much has changed.

1. No, no pay during training. No hotel either. Most people pair up together andrent a room at the local hotel or try to find a crash pad for about 6weeks. PMme and I will send you some contacts.

2. I would say that the most junior base is DTW for both CA's and FO’s althoughMSP is becoming easier for some to hold. There have been a few FO awards in MEMrecently as well. Someone else here might have better info on that.

3. MEM is by far the most senior CA base followed by MSP and DTW. For FO's, I wouldsay MSP and MEM are about the same followed by DTW. Once again, someone pleasecorrect me if I am wrong.

4. Training might be a bit different then when I did it. I remember it taking about6 weeks for all the training through the check ride and LOFT. Maybe 7 includingOE.

5. I am not sure about pass privileges during training. That has changed so manytimes in the last few years. Word of advice, I would not plan on leaving duringtraining unless you have plenty of time to get back or live close to MEM. Theyhave let guys go in the past for missing training.

6. CX and MX pay is at 50% of the trip value or scheduled block time. Once again, someone correct me if I am wrong....been know to be at times....

7. 75 hours MIN. Average line holder can expect to fly about 80-90 hours a month.Various trip types.

8. Cant answer the RSV question, just don’t know...sorry.

9. Min days off is 10. There is no Max. Scheduling wont drop you below 67 hours.I can tell you the days off in MSP have beenabout12-13average for the back2/3rd of the list and 15-17 for the 1st1/3rdthelist. But Feb 2005 lines suck.....allwent down to about 11-14offforline holders. Lear70 will have more on that shortly,Rich....Rich....where are you.....This was not our scheduling committee’s faultbut the constraints that the company put on them. They usually do a greatjob...Keep it up big red...

I hope this helps.........
