I need some information regarding your in-house CASS system. I'm not sure if your system is up and working at this time.
I work on the Jumpseat committee for SCA, and would like to talk to your Unions Jumpseat Coordinator. I understand that Pinnacle did a in-house CASS system implementation and would like to get more information if possible. You can PM me with the information.

Any help would be appreciated....

Thanks again!

Last word i hear is that CASS is supposed to be up and running already, if not before, due to our mighty mgmt refuses to pay the CASS server company for the half month of May! You will get a few more answers from our fellow linkers.

I would not quite call it "in house".. We are CASS, but through NWA for the time being. Mostly becasue good old nonconnah screwed up the database information by omitting some required data. SO.. lately we are only able to CASS on those in the NWA system, in the very near future we will have full CASS capabilities and hopefully digital photo's to allow us on FedEx and others requiring a photo.

The in-house part you may have heard of is how we compiled the database for accuracy, that was handled through out union web board. We did not take the company information at face value (and they still screwed it up).

If you still need one of our JS guys.. send me a PM and I will send you the info...
