I was just wondering what kind of growth is Pinnacle Airlines seeing these days? Upgrade times, I've heard anything from 2 to 4 years?
Just looking for some info, thanks

Uprade is pretty short right now...I think around 2 years but that is because of attrition...Growth on the other hand is probably coming and it will prob be with DAL...at least that is what a director is saying at the schoolhouse

until I am sitting in the front of an airplane with Delta colors painted on it, not in the jumpseat either, I won't believe it. I cannot believe a word that comes out of Nonconnah other than the contract negotiations are not happening.

The only reason upgrade is still happening is because our CAs are now leaving in herds to the majors, and FOs are leaving for other regionals or netjets or just go back to their "real" job that pays.

And yet in the recent vacancies, we still can't have enough CA to cover open times. If it's like this wild in March, wait until summer time, when I think we'll see a lot of flights canned because of lack of crews, i.e. CA.
