I would like to know when you get hired (1st day after checkride), you do get flight benefits on northwest airlines.
Now what does your family gets. Does my family can fly for free on northwest airlines, or do we have to pay a fee? How much is it?
Does the company has reciprocal agreements with other foreign airlines and how does it work?
I also like to know for those who completed training, how did it go? How long is it? What's the washout rate these times?
Thank you in advance.

1 You and your parents get flight benefits on Northwest as soon as you pass your checkride

2 You will fly for free in coach on all domestic flight...Your parents will be a small fee per flight

3 I think the fee is about 20 per segment

4 They do have ZED agreements but most of them require you to be with the company for at least 3 months

5 Training will be about 2.5 months and that includes ioe

6 I think our pass rate right now is 90-95% for new hires

thanks so much for ur reply.so let's say my wife wants to go to Paris. How much would it cost us?

Is there any time off between class and IOE, or between IOE and starting reserve?

Widely varies. Depending on staffing (A word you'll learn to love while working for us:) Expect to do IOE out of your assigned base if you want to get done earlier. You may not fly much after IOE when they have a surplus of guys behind you waiting to do OE.

You will be given moving days after your training, some guys prefer to use it earlier so they can be on the line earlier, some guys prefer to drag the moving days as late as they can, so they can collect more per diems.
