I want to know what people here think about the above..
Do you have any?
Arms in particular..
do you cover them up?

I know alot of professionals, in and out of aviation, that have tats (including myself). Everyone I know has gotten them in places that you can not see when they are in business attire. If your thinking about getting one, remember that the tat is for you.

well thats the thing, i have a few on my arm.. i have always worn long-sleeves so there was never an issue.. i ask my co-workers what they think about it and they say it shouldn't be a problem.. during the summer, it really sucks wearing long shirts..
i have recently consulted a doctor that does laser removal.. it is expensive, but im not really worried about the price, i just want to be comfortable..

It's amazing how many Frat guys in aviation Univ's are getting tat's all over to be "cool." TAthepilot - you would be a great resource for young college pilots.

just something to think about...Baja.

Hey, I like tat's "I don't have any" I do not mind if someone has one in the open if they are comfortable with them and themselves and their choice thats great! It's their body and the skull (edit) people in this country that have a problem with them and their choices need to learn to mind their own buisiness or be retroactivly aborted.

MOD INPUT: The T.O.S. of flight info specifically state that "creative spelling" of curse words is prohibited. Please remember that this is a public forum.

Shouldn't you be on a pacific crossing somewhere, rather than dazzlng us with your professional intellectualism?

If you want to be a professional, you should at least look the part. I think its fine to have tat's, but keep them out of view when in uniform.

Drink enough "Windsor" and there is no telling what you might come home with permanently tattooed to your body. :D
