Pilot with question for NetJets' FAs

My wife is interested in becoming an FA with NetJets, but when we read the website it states that they want 5 star customer service experience and/or culunary (spelling) experience.

She professionally danced (not a stripper) in Branson, Mo, and has done countless customer service jobs, but nothing that I would consider 5 star (ie I think of a 5 star restaraunt or something like that).

Anyways, anyone out there want to weigh in on what exactly NetJets is looking for?

FA hiring here is REALLY scarce lately. Last I heard, about 5 to 10 a year.
