I was looking at flightcrewtaxes.com and I noticed that you can write off cell phone purchase and usage on your income taxes. Is it considered tax fraud to write off a cell phone account that is used for personal calls and calls to company?

My understanding is you can write off the parts that are used on company business and the portion that you use when away from home.
