I was just wondering if any of you have to show two forms of ID to get paperwork or access any of your work areas. My employer requires two ID's for everyone which I think is just plain pilot harassment.

Also, can your f/o's and f/e's pickup the paperwork or is the captain the only one allowed to retrieve the paperwork.

The only time that anyone from my company looks at any ID is when I go down the jetway and they accomplish the FAA mandated crewmember name match.

when I was at XJ in Oct they only let the Capt. get the paper work and he had to show his validated ID. I don't know if its changed...but I don't disagree with the idea.
