Pilot Pay Rates ?

Does anyone have access to Conklin D Decker's current pay rates for a Citation X Chief Pilot, Captain, & First Officer ? If not, any other sources ? Particularly interested in part 91 flight departments and not so much fractional rates.

If memory serves me correct, B/CAs Salary Survey showed approximately:

$75,000 Captain
$55,000 First Officer

Don't quote me on that, but it's a starting point for you and seems in-line for a Mid-Sized Business Jet.

Is there a place where one of the reliable Salary Surveys is available online? I'm trying to find out a ball-park salary figure for a Lear 55 SIC.
