Try Flight Crews International. FCI is a great source of foreign airline hiring leads. Better hurry - I've seen here where the owner, Captain Mac, is retiring.

You want a sense of what it's like overseas? Read pprune.org. It's a board just like this one for European pilots. I lasted about about 1 min reading those posts. But, you may be from overseas. So good luck to you!
