HONG KONG -- The pilot on a 1999 China Airlines flight that flipped on landing here and killed three people blames the Boeing plane for the accident and says politics prompted the government report that found him at fault, a newspaper reported Sunday.

Is there something about it that makes it that much different, or does it demand a certain...ehhh...for lack of a better word, "skill"?

*Speculation Alert!!!*
If there's a problem in general with wide aircraft, do you suppose we'll see bad things with the A380?

no no no.. it is not boeings fault... its SPARTAN's fault... they train the chinese in the US :)

Yeah. By golly, Boeing needs to start designing their aircraft to land in the middle of a tropical storm.

I figured as much....prly got a meatball lodged in his throat! :-)

BTW, how many MD-11's does FedEx roll over every night. Man, I can't BELIEVE I'm not seeing this on the news.
