More power to them. For those who find it smut, again, that's a personal judgement. It always takes two to tangle. In this case, one who brags about it, and who has reminded us on several occasions about his family at home...particularly about their importance over flying and his careeer...and who was ready to leave flying not long ago in favor of that family...but who escapes them to use other women as a jungle gym for exercise today.

Judge as you will. Judgement is always a two way street, too.

Avbug, I never ever said I was going to give up flying, Hell No Never! Flying is the best dam Drug I ever Had. I would give Up Female Humans for Flying any day! But give up Flying for female humans? No, I am not that crazy!!!! Hell No!!!
 
I've lost about 7 pounds since I started working for the airlines. Running the Army 10 Miler this fall and did one 5K this spring (22:28) and would have run two more if not for recurring Achilles tendinitis because I ran hills too hard.

I still eat the occasional Five Guys burger or Double Whopper, and don't mind a beer or three on a long overnight, but overall balance in diet and exercise goes a LONG WAY. I limit myself to one soda per day and most times don't even have that. I try to drink milk while flying. I also pack decent food with me (PBJs, Powerbars, Wheat Thins, almonds, etc) that I can snack on while watching total calorie, carb, and sugar intake.

Having a diabetic wife will also do wonders for your diet...
 
I stopped drinking soda a long time ago. Now I can never go back. It is way too sweet to handle anymore. Diet just tastes like crap and causes cancer.
