Internet search shows they merged with Omni flight, but their Native americans website still worked a few minutes ago

Once you get a type in the PC-12 you can contact a sales rep for them and help clients meet the insurance requirements.A guy I know does that and gets paid to go on vacations. Some owners want more dual time to get more comfortable.

Are you sure a type rating is required for the PC-12? The PC-12 max ramp is about 9965...my math isn't good but that would put the -12 at 2535 lbs less than the 12,500 requirement for type ratings.

I think you mean an aircraft checkout by Simcom then meeting a 50 hr solo requirement before being signed off to carry passengers.

HMM

Yes, Native Air did fly Pc-12's. We had 5 of them based all over the country with 2 of them based in Arizona.

Native also flew a bunch of helicopters and had 2 jets (Citation Excel and Challenger). They did get bought out by Omniflight in Dallas. There is no link or proof, take it from me....I worked for them for a while.

The pilatus is under 12,000 (9961) so you only need a sign off. I got mine from Simcom in Scottsdale, AZ.

The mins. for the company were 2000 TT and an ATP just because of the CAMTS req. (some medical mumbo jumbo)

Did native air sell their PC-12s?
