There is no guidance in Pilatus Mx Manuals for procedures on disabling/securing inoperative equipment contained in the MEL. The MMEL does not provide these procedures and they are required for approval of an MEL.

The (O) items are mostly common sense, however, the (M) items require specific detail and steps for accomplishing deferments in the MEL. This is what I am after.
