Can any one outline the training for Piedmont? I know that you do indoc in Maryland and the Sims in CLT, but how long is your training?( 6weeks?) Also, I have heard that they do not do alot of sims (4-5 sim flights), is this true?

I was talking to some former FO's, but what does the future look for Bases and reserve time?

Most new hires are getting a line right out of training.

There are 5 instructional sim sessions, then your checkride, and 3 LOFTs. If you are making progress in the sim, but still need some instruction, they can drop a LOFT and give you an extra session before your checkride.

Indoc is a couple of days in SBY, then to CLT for the rest of it. The instructors are good, and very helpful if you show them the right attitude.

Best of luck!:)
