You have more time than most of the guys they are hiring.

they get treated like crap by mainline management, and their own management sucks. The schedulers are mostly a bunch of jerks too.

...As opposed to other regionals? Oh yeah, I forgot. They all are treated like visiting royalty by thier respective mainlines. And they NEVER have problems with scheduling and management!

As for the whole jet thing, I predict when the last 50 seat RJ is parked, the crews will ride home in a Dash!
 
As long as USairssss can make it beyond this oil bubble, we should be fine.

You can get hired, but there is a pool now, and they keep pushing back new classes for the backlog, lack of attrition, etc.
 
Just curious, is that because attrition or are they bringing on more planes?

From what I understand, it's attrition, taking over some new flying, and getting more 900's. I have no idea where the last two are coming from. I know we are not losing 50 F/O's a month so all of it cannot be due to attrition.
