I added a trip from open time during for June. I just read that they are paying double for the trips flown until June 3. So I call flight pay to verify that I will be paid double premo but was told I will not be paid anthing extra because I added it during the 48 period, what a crock of sh@#!!! Has anyone ran into this problem. How can they say I will not be paid even premium pay when every trip in open time for FOs is premium pay. THOSE MUTHA FU#$ERS!!!!!

They pull crap like that on their employees and then wonder why they can't keep anyone there.

Call the chief pilots' office and ask them to straighten it out, see what you get.

Here how it works:

1) If you pick up a FO trip during the 48H that was shown (most if not all were) you get the trip value + 4H a day.

2) If you pick up from open time before they offered double premium you get the trip value.

3) If you pick up the trip from open time after they offered double premium you get the trip value + 8H a day/per day as long as the trip started on or before the 06/03.

Know the contract. If they tell you something else, quote section and paragraph to JB. My expereience was that if you were in the right you get things straightened out (eventauly).
