Picking up extra work with guys on the street

It takes a real loser to pick up open time with pilots on furlough.

You should put a list of the furloughed pilots' names in their mailbox every time you hear that they flew an open trip.

Or a photo of a furloughed pilot. They should have to confront the face of the person they are screwing.
