"72Gremlin The $7 Grand includes your hotel at K & S."
I got my type at K & S in June, and it didn't include the hotel. They did a great job and a Chief pilot of Southwest airlines came to class and spoke with us, he was a really good contact for me and I was happy I spent the extra money and went with K & S. Most of the instructors are retired SouthWest pilots, if that matters to you.
