I was wondering if anyone had some information about these pre-interview phone interviews. I know AirTran and JetBlue have them. Has anyone here had one recently? What kind of questions?

It is a Behavorial Interview. Do an internet search for "Behavorial Interview", and there are a ton of questions.

I was called by the JB people dept at about 9:00 PM. They give you the option of doing it later, but that is a bad choice. Best to do it then.

Not so true. I got called for a JetBlue phone interview last year on April 14. I had half a bottle of wine at dinner. When the guy said: "is this a good time?", I told him that I was knee deep in doing my taxes (which was true). A few days later, he called back and I was ready (don't cancel twice!!!!), got the interview and a job offer.

Review the questions bank at aviationinterviews.com, and you'll get a flavor for what they'll ask. The JB questions were "TMAAT" and he only asked 2 or 3 with some small talk conversation in between.
