I wonder why the A320 was not set up to dump fuel ??? I think the 737's can... but I'm not sure.
B737 can not dump fuel.

ZNY Controllers

Gotta love (honestly) the NY Center, Approach and LGA controllers. They sure can work aircraft in bad weather. I would take a bad weather day at LGA over a good weather day at PHL.
