One other thing, I have seen some of these properties in Philly.
These are REPOS and some have piles of trash..and even worse.
Buyer beware!
Bring a clothes pin for your nose!

Or, as my GF just said, a HazMat suit.
Funny thing, no matter HOW MANY kids are on the sofa, and I have seen over a dozen, the house somehow manages to have the most modern computer, printer and webcam! (Amazing huh?)
