They deadhead their airplanes to any of the NY area airports for drops and pickups, as well as use their Sikorsky for when it makes sense to use a helo.
 
Have a friend who was there and left.

He was actually interim chief pilot. And he left.

That should tell you something about the management....and the turnover has been epic.

Take it for what its worth.

Oh, and the one female that was referred to...she used to sit right seat in the G sim at Flightsafety. My buddy said she was an excellent pilot, but had little real world experience...and then they wanted to upgrade her to captain before she was ready.

SHE BAILED. Smart woman...you have to know your limitations.

Shiny jets and money don't always add up to an optimal place to work.
