Kat's not gonna be that bad for pensacola... and if you're assigned to Pensacola for more than 12 months, renting is a waste of money.

/14 months at Pcola NAS, 8 at Whiting, and a 13 year Pensacola resident.

Kat may not be bad for Pcola..but it is going to be bad living in Gulf Breeze on the water or on the beach for that matter..join the club in selling real estate down here.....
