They will start to sound like the Dallas cowboys GIV crew.

I've heard those stories.;)
I haven't read the article in propilot, but 120 hr months, I hope I don't read an NSTB report first.

At least their smart enough to not use a fractional and all their peid off pilots.
Its nice to see a proud 91 flight dept, if you read the article they do use contract guys on the side.

Thanks for the link clutch. I'm glad I saw that picture because...

I KNOW THOSE GUYS!!! I used to layover in KFAT several times a week. Those guys fly EVERY SINGLE DAY!

They used to fly a Falcon 10 then got that 700 within the last year or so. Both pilots shown on the cover are about the nicest guys you could meet. Very unique crew. They were always in a good mood, seemed to get along great and loved to fly. I've spoken with them many, many times. I've never seen those uniforms and the FA must be a new addition.

Anyway, I think those Pro Pilot articles are a joke. I just wanted to stick up for the crew. They were always really cool to me and my buddies when we flew charter.

another D!ck coment from J3. Nice job loser. We've had this discussion before. I'm not pissed at my job. I work for the owners. PERIOD

Hey daveman you don't work for the cowboys crew do you? Had a long talk with those guys in TX once. They had been on duty 3 days straight and were sleeping in the plane.

Not to get off topic of this thread, but all the talk of the Cowboy's brought back a humorous memory...

About 15 years ago, give or take, a head hunter called me and asked if I'd like to fly a LR35 for the Cowboy's. Being young and eager I said SURE! About a week later he calls me and said they hired an "insider" and the job was filled. Within a year I talked to a crew familiar with their operation and said the crew had gotten so fed up with Jerry Jones that when they landed (SFO I believe) and Jones got off, they locked up the plane, purchased first class tickets home and quit on the spot. Fast forward about 7 years I was walking through a bookstore in Fort Worth and came across a book written by the very pilot who got hired when I was called. It was basically a "tell all" on their inner workings. I wish I had bought it just so I had a copy to remind myself what I could have gotten into! ;)

I think you answered the vital question of their mood and happiness ;)

this article really makes corporate flying look dopey. i gotta say this one takes the cake. DUMB and DUMBER...one crummy article..Pro pilot "WAKE UP"...

Hey Diesel....Go back to the fractional forum were you belong...leave the corporate pilots forum for the guys that know the biz.

J3 guy

We wear Uniforms, but our coats are just leather jackets and definately no hats.

I would love to have a F/A on the beechjet, but I think having fuel is a better idea....LOL

J3, who died and made you king of who can post on what forum? This was a fun forum till you launched an attack. Wearing uniforms or not does not make us professional. Labor disputes with management do not make us unprofessional. Standing up to management abuse is not unprofessional.

Running a dog and pony show with that kind of schedule and flight time is not Proud as you called it. It is dangerous. Fatigue is a killer, it is not something to brag about. And I am dissapointed that Pro-Pilot would make it seem like that was a glorious way to run a flight department.

And just for the record, I am not a fractional pilot, but I support all of their efforts. I dont treat my dog like they are treated.

I used to talk to those Pelco guys and joke with them about their crazy schedule. I never heard a peep of negative talk from those two. I also never saw them dragging around the FBO half asleep like the charter/Frac pilots. I don't know how they do it.

Hey J3 I don't need to be a d!ck to prove myself. I did corporate/personal long before i did the frac thing. All your posts on this whole message board have been negative.

So move along troll. Move along
